Jennifer, our onsite Senior Member Practitioner and Director of Clinical Operations, is committed to excellence in pediatric behavioral healthcare. Her trauma-informed and culturally competent organizational behavior management practices ensure a clinic culture of compassion, support, and empowerment for all. As part of her commitment to excellence, Jennifer prioritizes remaining easily accessible to all Pebblebrook families and stakeholders. Jennifer is a licensed, Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 24 years of experience working with and advocating for individuals with disabilities. Jennifer is also a passionate advocate for disseminating ABA as a solution for socially significant policy change, such as individual lifespan challenges and human and civil rights. As part of her dissemination efforts, Jennifer serves as adjunct faculty at one of Chicago’s historic universities, and offers pro bono publico services to community organizations using ABA in her areas of advocacy. Jennifer is a long-standing member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International, the Illinois Association for Behavior Analysis, and the American Psychological Association.
Jane is our BCBA Senior Learning Strategist and an essential member of our leadership team. Her contributions, including her innovative and modern approach to ABA implementation and dissemination, significantly enhance patient outcomes and intervention efficacy. Jane has over six years of experience in clinic administration, operations, and pediatric interventions and supports. She is an honors graduate of Northern Illinois University and the University of Cincinnati, where she earned her Master’s in Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. Jane is an unwavering advocate for children’s rights and developmental health and wellness.
Helena is our BCBA Senior School Support and Training Specialist. She provides our families and stakeholders with exceptional ABA and special education expertise, offering more than a decade of public and private education experience. Helena is an ISBE-licensed teacher and administrator. She has worked in various school-based positions throughout her career, including her current appointment as the director of a local therapeutic day school. Helena is passionate about utilizing the science of ABA for effective and meaningful social change in children and adolescents struggling with functional skill deficits. She provides a diverse array of ABA training solutions, including trauma-informed care, tailored specifically to the needs of organizations, schools, educators, and caregivers.
